[Some guy comes sniffing around the apartment for Mako, complete with a nice suit and a paper bag with soup in it because she wasn't feeling well enough to go into work today and he thought he'd check on her and-- Raleigh is not happy. He's killed people before, with his bare hands and no one has found the body and he doesn't so much tell the guy this (because he's obviously a lawyer too), but makes it pretty obvious with his body language that if he comes back a second time, that's going to be his fate too.
And oh by the way? Mako's not interested. How does he know? Maybe because she's a little busy with their son.
It takes him a few moments after shutting the door in his face to realize why he's so ticked off. He's jealous. They're not anything official, sure they're living together in New York with their son, are sharing a room because Yancy's old enough to question it if Mommy and Daddy sleep in separate rooms and it's not so bad. He didn't think. They aren't back together but he wakes up sometimes curled around her in the morning, because he's a compulsive snuggler and it's-- nice. It was something.
Or he thought it was until it's obvious that someone else is interested in her and no. Not happening. She's not on the market. She's so far off the market that there's no price on it. Because she belongs to him and Yancy and they are a family and it's not happening a second time. She's not leaving a second time.
Raleigh heads back to their room, where Mako's watching a movie with Yancy on the bed.]
Hey kiddo, why don't you go play in your room for a while. I need to talk to your mom for a second.
