[That's really what he's going to do. She moves forward and he leans back just as much, lingering close to her but refusing to kiss her until the papers are on the floor with the highlighter.]

Yeah. [He agrees simply, ignoring the way she's nuzzling him in favor of cupping the back of her neck with his hand, making her stay still because he wants to kiss her neck right now. And so he's going to.]

It's been a while, I thought you forgot about me. [No, that's a lie but she has been working pretty consistently, late into the night lately and he just wants a night with her, no papers or blueprints or distractions and if he has to use what he knows about her weak spots to get it, then so be it.

[ Oooh -- Mako makes a soft, pleased noise and wriggles in his arms. She's been working too hard and really, had made the mistake of neglecting her sweet, thoughtful husband, so maybe it was a good thing that he tossed her highlighter away after all?

[It's such a good thing he tossed the highlighter. He's going to hide all of them from her in the morning, try and stop him. Only she won't because she'll be too tired from all the sex.]
