[ Mako laughs, glancing at the warm, fluffy patch of grass not too far away. Beaming, she looks back at him, leaning close. ]

I love when my husband kisses me senseless.

[raleighs]

[That's good she does because that's exactly what Raleigh does right now, skipping over the part where he tackles her to the grass because that's just one too many steps or something.]

So... are you going to behave now?

[fissions]

No.

[ Because what if she likes being tackled to the grass, huh? What then? She nips at his bottom lip and darts a little out of reach, obviously in a playful mood. ]

You're not disciplining me well enough.

[raleighs]

[Tough noogies then, Mako because he's just going to pinch her for that, and chase her mouth down with his because he wants kisses right now.]

You are a very troublesome wife.

[ She grins, completely unrepentant. Really, they both know that he could do a lot worse, despite the fact that Mako wonders what he does see in her sometimes. ]

I think you like trouble. Why else would you marry me?

[raleighs]

I had to snatch you up first. [But that doesn't really mean he doesn't like trouble. He likes Mako more, he likes how she challenges him all the time.]

Before you realized what a big dumb mistake you were making.

[fissions]

[ Mako has to laugh, her amusement clear in her dark, dark eyes. She can say the same -- he challenges her like no one else, inspires her the way no one can, and she appreciates all of it. ]

If you were ever a mistake, you're my favourite one. I'd choose you every time.

[raleighs]

[That's just because she takes herself far too seriously and is a workaholic who needs him to remind her to have fun every once in a while.]

[ Because does he think she would do otherwise? She doesn't wiggle beneath him, ever-mindful of grass stains. ] We only just got married, Raleigh, and you need a reminder already?

[raleighs]

[Those pants are going to be stained by the time they get up, Mako, just accept it.]
